This brewery is located in Switzerland. They ordered a set of 2000L 2vessels complete brewing system in 2019. The brewhouse configuration is customized by their design. It is a great system!
Main equipment list is as follows:
2vessels 2000L brewhouse(2000L mash kettle tun, Lauter tun, whirlpool tun). Steam heating. It is customized by their design.
800kg malt milling machine and flex auger
3000L Hot water tank with pumps
5x2000L Fermentation tanks
Glycol system(glycol tank, glycol chiller and pump)
100L Hop gun
200L CIP
PLC Siemens control panel
Pipeline, valves and so on
