15bbl direct fired 2vessels turnkey brewing system for NC, America

This Brewery is located at NC, USA. They ordered one set 15bbl turnkey direct fired brewing system from our factory in 2022year. because of Covid-19, and our installation engineer can’t go to the site for the installation of this set brewery equipment, but we help our customer for the install though the video, This set brewing system are running very smoothly at now.

2 vessels brewhouse(over size18bbl mash/ lauter tun, 15bbl kettle /whirlpool tun, direct fired heating)

THE CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS

The whole production and delivery process is very smoothly, but when customer received this set brewery equipment, they told us “ we are finally hooking up our brewery equipment and have noticed that we can’t find the 20 or so butterfly valves” , so we checked with our production manager immediately, and checked every detailed pictures when every brewery tank is loading into the container, but we checked that there is one box for 20pcs 1.5’’ butterfly valves is really loaded into the container, we feedback to our customer, but customer told that they didn’t find this box. In order to solve the problem quickly, we post 20pcs 1.5’’ butterfly valves to customer by Fedex.
